Key Responsibilities :

Development of business opportunities

  • Identify, support and transform pilot projects into viable business opportunities.
  • Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the commercial value and development potential of each project.

Negotiation and conclusion of contracts

  • Negotiate and sign cash, EPC or EPC+F project contracts, ensuring their legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure clarity of commercial and execution conditions.

Project portfolio management

  • Convert a target number of projects into business opportunities each year.
  • Maintain a project pipeline aligned with the company’s development objectives.

Management of strategic projects

  • Lead the implementation of significant investment projects, including securing financing and preparing launch work.
  • Ensure the integration and success of key projects to strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Contribution to financial results

  • Achieve the turnover objectives set by the company.
  • Actively contribute to increasing turnover and customer portfolio.

Reporting and compliance

  • Monitor the progress of projects and report regularly to management.
  • Comply with internal commercial standards, as well as the laws and regulations in force in the country of establishment.

Customer and partner relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and when signing contracts.

Key experiences :

  • Access to, or relationships enabling access to, renewable energy project resources, such as links with local IPP management institutions;
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics, policies and regulations, as well as the ability to establish partnerships with local stakeholders and coordinate project development both nationally and internationally.

Profile :

  • More than 5 years of professional experience as a salesperson in the renewable energy sector and with key local institutions;
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English will be an asset;
  • Intercultural adaptability, results-oriented mindset, logical reasoning and a strong willingness to learn.
