Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Prospect and identify potential corporate clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, social selling, networking events, and existing portfolios).
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the requirements and goals of prospective businesses and their employees.
  • Present and explain solutions, highlighting benefits, coverage options, and tailored structures for corporate clients.
  • Address client concerns and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Manage the sales cycle effectively, overcoming objections and closing deals efficiently.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

2. Client Relationship Building & Management

  • Build rapport with potential clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide guidance and education to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Proactively address inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.

3. Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise

  • Develop a solid understanding of the company’s products, services, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings within the B2B market.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments (underwriting, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Share insights and best practices within the team.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to strategize and achieve collective goals.

III - Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 1 year proven track record in B2B sales (insurance, healthcare, or related industries preferred).
  • Established customer portfolio and strong relationships in the corporate sector (advantageous).
  • Proficiency with relevant software and CRM systems.
